Privacy Policy

How SoftwareLogics collects, uses, and protects your information.

This Privacy Policy explains what information SoftwareLogics (“we,” “us”) collects when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to what we need to answer your enquiry and improve the site — we do not sell your personal information.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you book a discovery call, send us a message, or complete the feasibility scorecard, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, work email, phone number, organisation, role, company size, industry, and anything you write in a message. When you use the chat assistant, we process the messages you send so we can respond.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical and usage data — for example your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the links you click — through cookies and similar technologies. See Cookies and analytics below.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry, schedule and run a discovery call, and follow up with you.
  • To send the confirmation and calendar invite for a call you book, and reminders where relevant.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website and our services.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We rely on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business as the basis for this processing, and on legal obligation where the law requires it.

How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the site and respond to you, and only as needed for those purposes. These currently include:

  • Amazon Web Services — hosting, storage, and email delivery for confirmations and notifications.
  • Google Analytics — aggregate, privacy-conscious website analytics.
  • Anthropic — powers the chat assistant; messages you send in chat are processed to generate a reply and are not used to train their models.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and our business. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Some are essential for the site to work; others help us understand how the site is used (via Google Analytics) so we can improve it. Analytics data is used in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.

You can control or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking non-essential cookies will not stop you from using the site. Where required, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry, booking, and scorecard information for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete or anonymise it. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider’s standard retention settings.

How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to limit who can access it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us at hello@softwarelogics.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is intended for business users and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above, and significant changes will be reflected here.
